My second year at Corvairs Northwest's Annual Orphan and Discontinued Car Show... while learning to use the video on my Nexus One

As a Corvair owner, I found it difficult to pass up the Corvairs Northwest's 13^th Annual Orphan and Discontinued Car Show held at the last remaining XXX Root Beer stand in Issaquah, east of Seattle, Washington. This year, the club hosted a packed house that included more than 50 Corvairs and a similar number of orphan and discontinued cars. (Their ranks were swelled by the recent additions of Pontiac and Saturn, welcomed warmly by the veterans from makes like Franklin, Packard, Studebaker, Panhard, AMC, Plymouth, and Oldsmobile.)

One of the star attractions of the show, however, was Bruce Rice's 1919 Cadillac limousine--in spite of it being neither an orphan nor a discontinued make. Every time he started up the Caddy, it drew a large and appreciative crowd.
